1.      Catat no pc!

2.      Masuk bios !

3.      Catat semua keterangan hardware yg terdapat pada BIOS !

·         Ram, Processor, Hardisk, CD-ROM, d.l.l

4.      Masuk ke system operasi   ~> analisa SO apa saja yg terinstall, identifikasi hardware

5.      Bongkar PC lihat spesifikasi RAM,Processor,HDD,D.l.l

6.      Lepas RAM(computer harus mati). Nyalakan PC ! apa yang terjadi? suara apa yang terdengar ?

7.      Lepas HDD,CD-ROM, dan processor(computer harus mati). Nyalakan computer !  Perhatikan apa yang terjadi? Buat analisa

Praktek :

1.      No PC

·         CPU 1 (hardisk rusak) ~> ganti CPU 3

·         CPU 3 (hardisk error)

2.                   Masuk BIOS

4.                  Masuk Sistem Operasi

·      Sistem Operasi yang Terinstall            = Windows XP

·      identifikasi                                          = warna merah,setelah di identifikasi ternyata kabelnya kurang tertancap dengan kuat, setelah di kencangkan warna menjadi normal kembali.

5.                  Bongkar PC

·                 Lepas RAM

             RAM di lepas       = ada bunyi BEEP pendek berulang-ulang.

             Hardisk di lepas   =

                              pesan : reboot and select propor boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key.

·         CD-ROM di lepas =  tidak ada pesan kesalahan dan tidak terjadi apa-apa.

·         Hardisk                 = Kesalahan yang ada : tidak ada bunyi beep.

·         Monitor                 = pada layar monitor saat di hidupkan, layar bewarna merah ganti warna kuning dan setelah di perbaiki kabel konektornya maka warna layar normal.

·         kabel jala-jala        = kabel jala-jala tersebut belum terpasang, saat di pasang pada tancapan USB jadi berfungsi slot usb yang berada di depan cpu.
